Drupal 6, Support Ticket Modules reviews.

Ok so here is the thing I know that there are good troubler ticking systems already made that are not designed for Drupal.  But I already have  an UberCart system that I use for billing, and really I dont want to have to make my cleints have mulitpul login's.  Thats just bloddy rude.

I also as a bonus I,would like to have the ability to track the time spend on the support tickets so that if needed I can bill for the time spent.  All on the Same System.

So As it boils down here is what I am looking for.

  • A System that will allow registared users to submit help requests upgrades and emergencies.
  • Send send an email to an administrator when a new ticket is created.  And be able to specify who the email is sent to based on ticket, priority or status.
  • Email new comment is made.
  • As a bonus be able to record the time spent on corrrecting the issue.

So were we Go I will add pages as I revie test out different modules
